Bu b\u00f6lge y\u00f6netimleri, s\u00f6z konusu ailelere de\u011fer vermi\u015fler, bu ailelerden vergi almam\u0131\u015flar ve askerlikten muaf tutmu\u015flard\u0131. Seyyid olduklar\u0131na dair ailelere berat vermi\u015flerdi. \u0130\u015fte bu ailelerin torunlar\u0131ndan biri olan Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee de bu co\u011frafyada, Karaba\u011f\u2019a ba\u011fl\u0131 Perk\u00fc\u015fad kasabas\u0131n\u0131n Cicimli k\u00f6y\u00fcnde 1805 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyaya geldi. Babas\u0131 Seyyid Emir Pa\u015fa, annesi ise Hayr\u00fcnnisa Han\u0131m\u2019d\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNesl-i \u0130smail\u2019sin asl\u0131 Arab \/ \u00c2l-i Muhammed\u2019sin \u00e2l-i nesebsin \/ M\u00fcnteh\u00e2bs\u0131n silsile-i zehebsin \/ Ey Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee ey Karaba\u011f\u00ee \u201d d\u00f6rtl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde Seyyid Hamza Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, kendisinin Peygamberimizin soyundan oldu\u011funu belirtir. \u00c2lim ve salih bir insan olan babas\u0131 Emir Pa\u015fa\u2019ya pa\u015fal\u0131k unvan\u0131, dedesi R\u00fckneddin Pa\u015fa\u2019dan ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Babas\u0131 Da\u011f\u0131stan\u2019da siyasi sebeplerden dolay\u0131 \u015fehit edildi\u011fi zaman Seyyid Hamza Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, hen\u00fcz dokuz ayl\u0131k bir bebekti.<br \/>\nK\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015ftan itibaren Seyyid Hamza\u2019n\u0131n e\u011fitim ve terbiyesine \u00f6nem verilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle annesi onun e\u011fitimi i\u00e7in medreselere gitmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Arap\u00e7a ve Fars\u00e7a \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f olan Mir Hamza Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, on be\u015f ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra Karaba\u011f\u2019da Karapirim K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019ne giderek Karaku\u015f Mahmut Efendi\u2019den ders almaya ba\u015flar. Birka\u00e7 y\u0131l \u015eeki taraf\u0131na giderek K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Dehne denilen yerde \u015eikest Abdullah Efendi\u2019nin rahle-i tedrisinden ge\u00e7er.<\/p>\n<p>Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, \u015eirv\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n \u015eamah\u0131 ve \u015eeki kasabalar\u0131nda e\u011fitimini tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra bir m\u00fcr\u015fid bulabilmek i\u00e7in yollara d\u00fc\u015fer. 1830\u2019lu y\u0131llarda Mevlana Halid-i Ba\u011fd\u00e2d\u00ee Hazretlerinin \u015f\u00f6hretini i\u015fiterek Harput\u2019a gider. Burada Mevl\u00e2n\u00e2 Halid-i Ba\u011fd\u00e2d\u00ee\u2019nin 1826\u2019da \u015eam\u2019da kolera sebebiyle vefat etmi\u015f oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frenir. Bir gece r\u00fcyas\u0131nda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Hazret-i Ali\u2019nin iste\u011fine uyarak Halid-i Ba\u011fd\u00e2d\u00ee\u2019nin talebelerinden \u015eeyh \u0130smail \u015eirv\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019ye intisab etmek \u00fczere \u015eirv\u00e2n b\u00f6lgesindeki K\u00fcrtemiri\u2019ye gider ve \u015feyhe intisap eder. Ruslar \u015eeyh \u0130smail \u015eirv\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019yi bir m\u00fcddet sonra Sibirya\u2019ya s\u00fcrer. M\u00fcritleri yard\u0131m\u0131yla Sibirya\u2019dan ka\u00e7may\u0131 ba\u015faran \u0130smail \u015eirv\u00e2n\u00ee, Sivas\u2019a yerle\u015fir.1<\/p>\n<p>Sivas\u2019ta s\u00fcl\u00fbkunu tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra \u0130smail \u015eirv\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019yle birlikte Amasya\u2019ya gelir. Amasya\u2019da \u015eeyh \u0130smail \u015eirv\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019nin derg\u00e2h\u0131nda tarikat terbiyesine ve tahsiline devam eder. Amasya G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc Medresesi\u2019nde dersler al\u0131r ve h\u00e2lvete girer. Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, m\u00fcr\u015fidinin izniyle Konya\u2019ya gider. Mevl\u00e2n\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n t\u00fcrbesinde erbain \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. Daha sonra Mekke ve Medine\u2019ye giderek ziyaretlerde bulunur, buralarda da erbain \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. Kud\u00fcs ve \u015eam\u2019\u0131 da ziyaret ettikten sonra tekrar Amasya\u2019ya d\u00f6ner. Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, m\u00fcr\u015fidine bir y\u0131l kadar hizmet ettikten sonra ir\u015fad i\u00e7in icazet al\u0131r.2<br \/>\n1948\u2019de \u015eeyh \u0130smail \u015eirv\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019nin halifesi ve Nak\u015fibendi tarikat\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcr\u015fitlerinden biri olarak Karaba\u011f\u2019\u0131n Perk\u00fc\u015fad kasabas\u0131na gider. Burada tarikat ve hakikat nurlar\u0131n\u0131 yaymaya ba\u015flayan Seyyid Hamza Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, S\u00fcnni Karapapak (Terekeme) T\u00fcrklerinin i\u00e7inde n\u00fcfuz ve tesir sahibi olur. B\u00f6lgedeki \u015fi\u00ee-s\u00fcnn\u00ee \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Allah\u2019\u0131 Muhammed\u2019i Ali seven dostaniyiz<br \/>\nNe s\u00fcnniyiz ne \u015fii biz h\u00e2lis m\u00fcselm\u00e2n\u0131z<br \/>\n\u00c7\u00e2r y\u00e2r\u0131 isteriz zira ki Mustafa\u2019n\u0131n<br \/>\nDostuna dostuz Allah hasm\u0131na hasmaniyiz<br \/>\ngibi m\u0131sralar\u0131nda ehl-i beyt sevgisinin izleri g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, burada kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde Emine Han\u0131m\u2019la evlenir ve Siraceddin adl\u0131 bir o\u011flu olur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ubuk i\u00e7en bir zat olan Hamza Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin sohbetine bir g\u00fcn bir sofu gelir. Gelen adam, i\u00e7inden, \u201c\u0130yi bir hoca ama \u00e7ubuk i\u00e7iyor.\u201d diye ge\u00e7irir. Sohbet devam ederken gelen adam oturdu\u011fu yerde uyuyakal\u0131r. Uyuklarken kendini asr-\u0131 saadette g\u00f6r\u00fcr. R\u00fcyas\u0131nda Resulullah Efendimiz bir sokakta bir yere gitmektedir. Ah\u00e2liden gen\u00e7ler, \u00e7ocuklar gelip Efendimizin elini \u00f6perler. Sofu adam Resulullah Efendimizin elini \u00f6pmek i\u00e7in davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131rada aya\u011f\u0131 bir ta\u015fa tak\u0131l\u0131r ve d\u00fc\u015fer. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce uyan\u0131r. Bakar ki \u015eeyh Hamza Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin sohbetindedir. Hamza Nig\u00e2r\u00ee d\u00f6n\u00fcp y\u00fcz\u00fcne bakar ve \u201c\u00c7ubu\u011fuma tak\u0131lmasayd\u0131n Resulullah Efendimizin elini \u00f6perdin.\u201d der.3<\/p>\n<p>Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, K\u0131r\u0131m Muharebesi\u2019ne bir\u00e7ok m\u00fcridiyle i\u015ftirak ettikten sonra Kars taraf\u0131ndan Anadolu\u2019ya ge\u00e7erek orduya kat\u0131l\u0131r. Sava\u015ftan sonra 1851 y\u0131l\u0131nda memleketinden ayr\u0131larak Erzurum\u2019a gelir. Erzurum\u2019un Bak\u0131rlar Mahallesi Camii dershanesinde \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l kalarak tarikat ve marifet dersi verir. Bu vazifesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda kendisine be\u015f y\u00fcz kuru\u015f maa\u015f ba\u011flan\u0131r.4 Alvarl\u0131 Efe Hazretlerinin babas\u0131 olan H\u00fcseyin Efendi de Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin yan\u0131nda manev\u00ee ilimler tahsilini tamamlamak gayesiyle iki erbain \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131r. Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee Hazretleri daha sonralar\u0131 Efe Hazretleri\u2019nin Divan\u0131\u2019na \u00f6nemli feyiz kayna\u011f\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n<p>1854 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019a giden Hamza Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, buradaki sohbetleriyle k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede geni\u015f bir \u00e7evre taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131n\u0131r. \u0130stanbul\u2019da kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnlerde Mustafa Re\u015fit Pa\u015fa ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Pa\u015fa, kendisine Fatih\u2019teki Emir Buh\u00e2r\u00ee Derg\u00e2h\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u015feyhli\u011fini teklif ettiyse de Seyyid Hamza Nig\u00e2r\u00ee teklifi kabul etmemi\u015f, ayn\u0131 yere halifesi Ta\u015f\u00e2b\u00e2d\u00eez\u00e2de Mustafa Sabri Efendi\u2019nin atanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.5<br \/>\nSeyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, bir sene kadar \u0130stanbul\u2019da kald\u0131ktan sonra Amasya ve Erzurum\u2019a gelerek hadis ve tefsir dersleri verir. Bu arada han\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve o\u011flu Siraceddin\u2019i de memleketinden getirtir ve 1865\u2019te Amasya\u2019ya yerle\u015fir. Burada ir\u015fat ve ilim tedrisi ile me\u015fgul olur. 1875 y\u0131l\u0131nda o\u011flu Siraceddin vefat eder.<\/p>\n<p>Zamanla yay\u0131lan \u015f\u00f6hreti ve cemaatinin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Amasya\u2019n\u0131n ileri gelenlerini rahats\u0131z etmeye ba\u015flar. Amasya m\u00fcft\u00fcs\u00fc Hac\u0131 \u0130sa Efendi, Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019ye ba\u011fland\u0131ktan sonra g\u00f6revinden istifa eder. Daha sonra bu g\u00f6reve Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin atanmas\u0131, kendisinin yerinde g\u00f6z\u00fc varm\u0131\u015f zann\u0131na kap\u0131lan Hac\u0131 \u0130sa Efendi\u2019yle aralar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na sebep olur. Siyasi g\u00fc\u00e7 olu\u015fturdu\u011fu yolundaki tevzir\u00e2t sebebiyle \u0130stanbul\u2019a \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131l\u0131r ve Amasya\u2019y\u0131 terk etmesi istenir. Bunun \u00fczerine 1878\u2019de Merzifon\u2019a \u00e7ekilir. Orada ir\u015fat ile me\u015fgul olmaya devam eder. Fakat Amasya\u2019da kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00f6hret ve n\u00fcf\u00fbz baz\u0131 kimseleri h\u00e2l\u00e2 rahats\u0131z etmektedir. \u0130syan edecek diye \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lan dedikodular sonucunda 1883\u2019te Mir Hamza Nig\u00e2r\u00ee hakk\u0131nda bir mazbata d\u00fczenlenerek, irade-i padi\u015fah ile Merzifon\u2019dan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p \u0130stanbul\u2019a g\u00f6nderilir.6<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019da alt\u0131 ay kald\u0131ktan sonra yine hakk\u0131nda ikinci defa bir mazbata d\u00fczenlenerek Anadolu\u2019ya sevk karar\u0131 al\u0131n\u0131r. Harput\u2019a s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edilir.<\/p>\n<p>1886 y\u0131l\u0131nda Harput\u2019a giden Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee burada bir bu\u00e7uk sene kadar ya\u015fad\u0131ktan sonra 1888 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Muharrem ay\u0131nda Hakk\u2019\u0131n rahmetine kavu\u015fur. Vasiyeti gere\u011fi cenazesi sevenleri taraf\u0131ndan Amasya\u2019ya getirilerek Bayezid Mahallesi\u2019nde haz\u0131rlanan kabre konur. Bu kabrin etraf\u0131nda daha sonralar\u0131 Azerbaycan\u2019dan gelen yard\u0131mlarla amcas\u0131n\u0131n o\u011flu Mir Hasan taraf\u0131ndan bir camii ve t\u00fcrbe yap\u0131l\u0131r. O d\u00f6nemde uzun s\u00fcren yolculu\u011fa ra\u011fmen cenazesinin \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmemesi onun kerameti olarak g\u00f6sterilir.<\/p>\n<p>Amasyal\u0131 \u015fair Seb\u00e2t\u00ee, Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00fczerine<br \/>\n\u201cHatif-i gaybi getirdi s\u00f6yledim tarihini<br \/>\nGitti hayf\u00e2 cih\u00e2ndan m\u00fcr\u015f\u00eed-i \u00e2\u011f\u00e2h\u0131m\u0131z\u201d<br \/>\ntarihini d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Rivayete g\u00f6re Seyyid Hamza, dokuz ya\u015flar\u0131ndayken Karaba\u011f hanedan\u0131ndan Nig\u00e2r Han\u0131m isminde il\u00e2h\u00ee a\u015fka d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f bir kad\u0131n\u0131 r\u00fcyas\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcr ve ona \u00e2\u015f\u0131k olur. Bundan on y\u0131l sonra ilim tahsili i\u00e7in \u015eirvan\u2019a giderken bir handa Nig\u00e2r Han\u0131m\u2019la kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131r. Nig\u00e2r Han\u0131m\u2019\u0131n \u201cG\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn r\u00fcya hat\u0131r\u0131nda m\u0131d\u0131r?\u201d demesiyle cezbeye kap\u0131l\u0131r. Tahsilden sonra a\u015fk-\u0131 mec\u00e2z\u00ee a\u015fk-\u0131 hakik\u00eeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Bu hadise Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin manevi terakkisine sebep oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u201cNig\u00e2r\u00ee\u201d mahlas\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131r.7 Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin T\u00fcrk\u00e7e Div\u00e2n\u2019\u0131ndan ba\u015fka Fars\u00e7a Div\u00e2n\u2019\u0131, \u201cF\u00fct\u00fch\u00e2t-\u0131 Mekkiye\u2019ye Tevzihat\u201d ve \u201cNig\u00e2rname\u201d isimli eserleri de vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin Azeri T\u00fcrk\u00e7esiyle yazm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu Divan\u2019\u0131 halifelerinden Erzurumlu Puslu Mahmut Efendi\u2019nin himmetiyle 1885\u2019te \u0130stanbul\u2019da S\u00fcleyman Efendi Matbaas\u0131\u2019nda; 1910 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hac\u0131 Musa Efendi taraf\u0131ndan Tiflis\u2019te Gayret Matbaas\u0131\u2019nda olmak \u00fczere iki defa bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eiirlerinde kelimeleri ustal\u0131kla se\u00e7ip kullanan Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, vezin olarak \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 de\u011fildir. Divan edebiyat\u0131na ait mazmunlar\u0131 eserlerinde \u00e7ok\u00e7a kullan\u0131r. M\u00fcrettep T\u00fcrk\u00e7e Divan\u2019\u0131n\u0131n tek yazma n\u00fcshas\u0131 Ankara Milli K\u00fct\u00fcphane\u2019de Yz. A. 5181 numarayla kay\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu Divan\u2019da 643 gazel, 129 r\u00fcbai, 48 k\u0131t\u2019a, terkib-i bent \u015feklinde yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f 28 bentlik s\u00e2kiname, 21 terkib-i bent, 18 terci-i bent, 5 tahmis, 3 m\u00fcstezat, 49 adet hece \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcyle yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015fiir, 1 mektup, \u00c7ayname ve Men\u00e2kib-i Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee isimli iki mesneviden olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.8<\/p>\n<p>Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, tarikata girdikten sonra hem aruz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcyle, hem hece \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcyle \u015fiirler s\u00f6ylemeye ba\u015flar. Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin \u015fiirleri geni\u015f halk kitleleri taraf\u0131ndan be\u011fenilerek sohbet ve zikir meclislerinde ezberlenip okunur. Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, bu \u015fiirleri vas\u0131tas\u0131yla Do\u011fu Anadolu\u2019da \u00e7ok\u00e7a tan\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Nig\u00e2r\u00ee\u2019nin Azerbaycan\u2019da bulundu\u011fu s\u0131rada m\u00fcritleri aras\u0131nda A\u011fa Rasim, Dilb\u00e2z\u00ee, \u015eahnig\u00e2r, Han\u0131m Rencur, Hac\u0131 Mecid Efendi, Kad\u0131 Mahmud Efendi bir\u00e7ok \u015fair yeti\u015fmi\u015ftir. Seyyid Nig\u00e2r\u00ee, i\u00e7in her \u015fey a\u015fktan gelir. \u00dcstad\u0131 \u0130smail \u015eirv\u00e2n\u00ee, Seyyid Hamza i\u00e7in \u201cM\u00eer Hamza, a\u015fk-\u0131 il\u00e2h\u00ee ile mahv-\u0131 v\u00fcc\u00fbd etmi\u015ftir.
